Carrie Coleman, RN

Carrie is a graduate of Henry Ford College. She holds an associate degree in nursing and is continuing her studies at Eastern Michigan University to complete her Bachelor of Science in nursing. She has over 13 years of nursing experience. She specializes in working with patients with diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension, and heart disease, among other conditions. She also assists patients with weight management and lifestyle education. She is passionate about working with people to improve their quality of life while living with chronic conditions.
